Our Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from The Warranty Playbook, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid products.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must not have been substantially downloaded or accessed beyond initial review.
Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot verify whether content has been copied after download. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or after extensive use of the materials.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your name, the email used for purchase, and the product name.
- Briefly let us know why the product didn't meet your expectations (optional but helpful).
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Free Products
Our free checklist and other complimentary resources do not require payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds. You can unsubscribe from any associated emails at any time.
